Appointment Policy

To provide exceptional service and accommodate all clients, we highly encourage advanced booking for all treatments. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

You can book your appointment at SR AESTHETICS through our convenient online booking system, over the phone, or by visiting us in person. We strive to make scheduling easy and hassle-free, ensuring you get the perfect time slot for your beauty and wellness needs

To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask clients to reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and provide the best service possible

Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% charge of the service price to compensate for the reserved time

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge of the service price. This ensures fairness to our staff and other clients

New Client Intake Form

For first-time visitors, we require a New Client Intake Form to be completed before your appointment. This helps us understand your needs, medical history, and any special requirements.

  • You can fill out the form online before your visit or arrive early to complete it in the salon.
  • Failure to complete the form may result in delays or rescheduling of your appointment.
